Each month, members meet to:
- Provide valuable feedback about the club.
- Give suggestions and/or ideas to coordinators and/or the club.
- Find out about new events, updates, new interests & volunteer for things.
- Hang out with friends.
- Also, members have a chance to meet the board members.
Our board consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Outreach Coordinator, Calendar Coordinator, and Philanthropy Coordinator. These positions are elected and hold office for one year. We have these positions to ensure that the club runs smoothly and that each and every member has a pleasant club experience.
Non-board coordinator positions are announced at these meetings or via emails. These positions are open to anybody who is willing to volunteer their time to plan and coordinate events. New coordinator positions are created or replaced depending on the club’s needs. Being a coordinator is a great way to get involved with club and allows you to be creative about the activities that you plan.
