Dear Moms,

Happy October! I hope that you all are enjoying the cooler weather and some fun fall activities.

While browsing the web for some inspiration for fall activities with the kids, I came across some of these fun ideas. Maybe some of them are part of your family fall traditions! How many of these activities have you done so far this fall season? So far I am only 3 for 10…but I am inspired to tackle the whole list in the next few weeks!

1) Go on a hay ride
2) Visit a pumpkin patch
3) Go on a Fall nature hike
4) Get lost (and found!) in a corn maze
5) Make a scarecrow
6) Carve a pumpkin
7) Go apple picking
8) Make homemade apple cider ( Easy recipe here: https://goldinthekitchen.com/recipes/instant-pot-apple-cider/)
9) Decorate with mums/pumpkins/squash/spooky decorations
10) Rake and play in leaves

Here’s a reminder about the upcoming outdoors Halloween egg hunt fundraiser at Sally’s house next weekend. Please RSVP with the number of adults and children expected to attend, to ensure she has enough food and eggs packed with goodies! The suggested donation is $5 per family. All donations go into our Philanthropy fund.
